Rosalinda Fox
Laia Prats is a multidisciplinary artist with a solid track record in large-scale musical theatre. She holds a degree in Performing Arts from the AULES school in Barcelona and a diploma from the Royal Academy of Music in London in Singing, Theory and Musical Skills. She is also officially certified in the Estill Voice Training method.
She currently plays the role of Rosalinda Fox in this production of El Tiempo Entre Costuras. Previously, she worked closely with Antonio Banderas, under whose direction she played June in the acclaimed musical Gypsy and brought Mary Magdalene to life in the revival of Godspell, as well as in the 2022 production alongside Emilio Aragón.
Her experience on the national stage includes her time in the Stage Entertainment and Disney musical Aladdin, where she played Jasmine in numerous performances. She has also been part of productions such as Kinky Boots in the role of Marge and as an understudy for Nicola, as well as in the productions of Carousel and Nit de Musicals as part of the Grec Festival in Barcelona.
In the field of dubbing, she is notable for being the singing voice in Catalan of iconic Disney characters such as Elsa and Ariel in the films Ralph Breaks the Internet and The Adventures of Olaf.
She has taken part in concerts such as A Night with Andrew Lloyd Webber with the OBC at L’Auditori in Barcelona and as a backing singer for Kerry Ellis during her visit to Barcelona.
As a trained musician, she is proficient in a range of instruments, including the drums, piano, guitar and violin, skills which she complements with her technical background in tap, jazz and classical dance.
