Noemi Mazoy was born in Lugo, Spain. She is a singer and actress who studied at the RESAD (Real Escuela Superior de Arte Dramático de Madrid) with Professor Emelina Castelló, where she specialized in singing, classical ballet, traditional dance, jazz, and contemporary dance with María de Ávila, Karen Taft, and Yoselín Alizar. She teaches at the Marand and Memory Theater Musical Schools in Madrid.

She has an intense artistic activity, participating in musicals such as El Tiempo Entre Costuras, el musical (Dolores); La Historia Interminable, el musical (Vetusta Morla); El Médico, el musical (Agnes); Sonrisas y Lágrimas (Madre Abadesa, María); El Diario de Ana Frank (Margot y cover Señora de Van Dam); Víctor Victoria (Norma Cassidy); El Fantasma de la Ópera, el musical (Cristine); Annie (Grace); Jekyll & Hyde (Lady Beaconsfield); Peter, el musical (Narradora, Tootles); Estamos en el aire (locutora); Godspell (Robin).

In Zarzuela, she has performed in Non chores Sabeliña; Los Gavilanes; Gigantes y Cabezudos; La Corte del Faraón; La Verbena de la Paloma; Luisa Fernanda; La Taberna del Puerto; Doña Francisquita, o Las de Caín. In opera, she has performed as Mimí in La Boheme and as the High Priestess in Aida.

With her own productions, she has organized concerts and shows, winning awards and recognition for her work: Lucense of the Year 2000; Association of Radio and Television of Lugo; Novos Intérpretes 2000; Association of Friends of the Lugo Opera; Novos Valores; Award of the Music of the Orfeón Lucense; Friends of the Opera Madrid 2002; Best Supporting Actress, Association of Friends of Musicals; Broadway World; Award of the Concepción Arenal Foundation 2016 and Dama da Vieira 2023, among others.
