CAST

Dancer, singer, and actress Camila Puelma was born in Viña del Mar, Chile. She began her studies in ballet, modern dance, and theater at a young age. She holds a degree in Choreographic Composition from the National University of Arts in Buenos Aires and the Triennial Workshop of Contemporary Dance at the Teatro San Martín.

She also studied singing with Ezequiel Fernanz and interpretation with Leo Bosio. She moved to Madrid in 2019, where she completed her Master's degree in Musical Theater at TAI and continued her training in singing with Patricia Clark and in dance at Claquetap, Stravadanza, Danceescool, and Broadwayhouse. Additionally, she trained in screen acting at the Central de Cine.

She was part of the Contemporary Dance Company of the UNA for 3 years and was part of the cast of Travestisong by Carlos Casella; Solo uno, el musical by Ezequiel Fernanz; El reino de María Elena Walsh by Manuel Wirzt and she was the principal ballerina of the opera María de Buenos Aires by Martín Ruis, in Milan.

Her recent works include El tiempo entre costuras, the musical of Beon Entertainment; Cuento de Navidad, from Acelera productions; Germinal, the musical, composed by Ivan Macias and with lyrics by Felix Amador; Emoticolors, from Tarambana espectáculos; various productions of the Barbarie, theater music and Las cantatas eufóricas, by Josefina Gorostiza (winner of the Madrid 2022 Choreographic Competition).
