He made his debut at the Teatro de La Zarzuela in Madrid, playing Calixto in the opera La Celestina by Joaquín Nin-Culmell, and at the Teatro Real in Madrid with the opera Lady Macbeth of Mtsensk by Shostakovic.
He regularly works with musical directors such as Helmut Rilling, Lucas Pfaff, Christopher Hogwood, Jordi Savall, Pascual Osa, Andreas Spering, Jesús López Cobos, and Miguel Ortega. He has collaborated with important orchestras such as the London Symphony, Das Neue Orchester Köln, Internationale Bachakademie de Stuttgart, the Venezuelan Simón Bolívar Youth Orchestra, the Sinfónica del Principado de Asturias, the Sinfónica de RTVE, the Sinfónica de Castilla y León, the Sinfónica Illes Balears, and the Orquesta Nacional de España, among others.
His discography includes the Libre Vermell by Mtro. Benguerell with the Orquesta Sinfónica de Barcelona and Nacional de Cataluña; the recording of the piano-voice work by Federico Mompou for the Author label of the SGAE; the album Secret Sonnets with the Orpheus label; and the soundtrack of the successful El médico, el musical with the prestigious London Symphony Orchestra at the Abbey Road studios in London. He later took part in the premiere of this musical at the Teatro Apolo in Madrid, playing the role of the Shah of Persia.
Among his recent commitments, he has participated in the prestigious Bach Festival in Leipzig and the Taschenopern Festival in Salzburg.
