Dario Regattieri finds inspiration in Maya Angelou's quote: “People will forget what you said, they will forget what you did, but they will never forget how you made them feel.”

With over 25 years of experience in the events and communications industry, he led the creation of the holding company beon. Worldwide, Spain's most awarded agency, with more than 350 awards.

In 2018, as a result of his commitment to diversification and the integration of the cultural sphere into the company's structure, he founded the production company beon. Entertainment, with which he has produced shows such as The Physician, the Musical, based on the novel by Noah Gordon; The Time in Between, the Musical, inspired by the work of María Dueñas; The Neverending Story, the Musical, which recreates the universe of Michael Ende; and The Pillars of the Earth, the Musical, an adaptation of the work by Ken Follett—who participated in the creative process—which ran for two consecutive seasons on Madrid's Gran Vía.

In 2021, he won a Max Award for Antoine, the Musical, the moving story of the creator of "The Little Prince," a musical that has already become part of the collective memory and whose original idea and executive production bear his signature. A year later, in 2022, he was recognized as CEO of the Year in the event organization sector.

In 2023, he premiered a unique and innovative project: the show Forever Van Gogh, with music by Ara Malikian, focused on the life of the celebrated painter Vincent van Gogh.

In August 2025, he took over the management of the Teatro Calderón in Madrid, marking a new era for beon. Entertainment, with a commitment to making it a driving force for the performing arts and culture of the city. The production company not only manages the venue but also its artistic programming, which inaugurates with a new musical: Houdini, a magical musical.

The historic building also houses LÍRICO, Dario Regattieri's grand vision: one of Europe's first rooftop open-air theaters. After years of closure, this space has been reborn to become a leading venue for theater and events in Madrid. Under the city's sky, LÍRICO offers its own program of shows, performances, plays, events, and artistic gatherings of all kinds.

Coming soon are Mozart Unleashed, an intense and fresh take on the composer's life, and Patria, a musical drama that explores the human and emotional impact of the conflict in the Basque Country. These projects reaffirm its commitment to powerful and culturally relevant stories.
