Joseán Moreno

Koreander / Fujur / Viejo de la Montaña

Joseán Moreno steps into the shoes of Fújur and Koreander after playing the iconic character of Barber in the multi-award-winning musical *El Médico*. Thanks to that role, he has won numerous awards, including the BroadwayWorld Spain award for Best Supporting Actor and the PTM award for the most outstanding performance of the season.

An actor and singer trained in performance by Antonio Malonda (Bululú 2120 Madrid). He has studied musical theatre, classical singing, modern jazz singing, soul and gospel with teachers such as Noel & Michelle Jones, Dovrat Levi, Paloma Berganza, Daniel Anglés, José Masegosa and the tenor Ramón Herrera. He began by studying classical singing and developing his career as an actor in television and radio. But in 2012 he took on a leading role in a major musical, *Grease* (Coco Comín), and since then has become a key figure in musical theatre.

Nominated for several awards for his role as Vince Fontaine, this was followed by other musicals such as *The Little Mermaid*, *Saturday Night Fever* and *Moustache*, as well as plays such as *El Tiempo y los Conway* and *El rey en Pompa*, and comedies such as *Chueca bajo el terror de los zombis*. he has played the roles of Zeus and Agamemnon in the major production *La Bella Helena* at the Mérida International Classical Theatre Festival and recently served as MC and singer in the ‘Best Show of the Year’ (BWW Audience Awards) at *La Gran Noche de los Musicales*, whilst also portraying an unforgettable Amphitryon in the landmark musical *Who Killed Sherlock Holmes?*

He is also a voice actor and presenter. He is a familiar voice in the world of advertising and television.
